Jonathan Lara – Operations Manager
Operations Manager Jonathan Lara is responsible for the oversight of our entire Mobile Crew and the accounts they service. We depend on Jonathan for input into our hiring procedures, scheduling, procurement, and technical oversight. As our Night Supervisor in prior years, Jonathan gained valuable experience in customer service and supervision which are the keys to his success as Operations Manager.

Robert Bodish – Director of Customer Relations
Robert Bodish is a Director of Customer Relations with primary responsibilities of partnering with customers and employees to facilitate positive employee relations to insure customer satisfaction. Robert has over 28 years of multilevel experience in the airline industry in leading large teams and supporting all aspects of customer and employee driven organizations. He has acquired extensive experience and a success record in coaching, sales, employee relations, as well as operational and environmental compliance. Robert has managed teams in both international and domestic operations.
During his time off, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife Heidi and their four children travelling and exploring new International destinations. Robert is an avid sports fan and faithful to his home team of Green Bay Packers. Robert highly values giving back to the community and is a volunteer at the Greater Boston Food Bank as well as a participant of the Relay for Life Fund Raising. Ned Cohen – Dispatch Manager
Ned is an integral part of the Operations team, scheduling and dispatching our crews to best suit the needs of our customers. Ned works with Property Managers and Maintenance Personnel, and Building Trustees in handling all appointments regarding project work, apartment turnovers, landscaping jobs and carpet cleaning.
Previously, Ned spent 20 years in Ground Transportation Operations Management as Director of Training and prior to that spent 17 years as Manager of a his family’s Restaurant. Ned can be reached at (617) 782-5326 ext. 214.
Cindy Hernandez – Maintenance Dispatch Manager
Cindy joined CCS in July of 2014 to manage our new Maintenance division, 78FIXIT. Cindy is responsible for scheduling repair requests, dispatching workers to the work sites, and following through with customers to insure that all their maintenance needs have been met. Lydia Eccles – Accountant
Lydia has been with CCS since 1991. A graduate of Brown University, Lydia is an accomplished artist, earning a diploma in Studio Arts from the Museum of Fine Arts. Christopher Eich – Payroll Manager
Chris joined the CCS team at the beginning of 2012 in Accounts Receivable. After gaining a year of experience with the company, Chris was promoted and currently works as our Payroll Manager where he handles all Payroll and Human Resources duties. He can be reached at (617) 782-5326 ext. 210
Alison Schnipper – Sales Associate
Alison is the newest member of our marketing and sales division. Alison has a B.S. in Business Management from Lesley University, as well as attended Ithaca College to study communication management and design & integrated marketing communications. In her spare time Alison likes to volunteer for local organizations and in the past has traveled to El Salvador to build houses with Habitat for Humanity. She and her family participate in the annual Boston marathon Jimmy Fund Walk.
Rodney Rosario – Site Manager
Rodney joined CCS in 2016 with 10 years of experience in the cleaning industry. He is responsible for overseeing our site accounts and is always available to help solve an issue.
