President & Co-Founder

Debra leads the entire CCS team. Having been involved with the company since its formation, she has an extremely robust understanding of the facility services industry, CCS, and the needs of our clients. She is the key reason the company been able to grow into one of the largest facility service operators in the Greater Boston Area, without sacrificing service quality.

Founder

In 1977, Gerry was the first and only cleaner for CCS. As the company grew his role inevitably evolved. However, his intimate understanding of front-line services, compassion for employees, and sentiment towards customers have remained steadfast. He is the pillar of our company’s culture of proactive, pain-free, and responsive service for all stakeholders.

Vice President

Alyssa oversees all activities. Having mastered all CCS functions, Alyssa ensures alignment between all internal processes and all customer-facing events. An active member of the Brookline Chamber of Commerce as well as other associations, Alyssa embodies the relationship-oriented focus synonymous with CCS.

Director of Marketing & Operations

Dan is responsible for finding increasingly more effective and efficient ways to service our clients. Leveraging his experience at large software companies, Dan is well-equipped to augment the systematic approaches to training, scheduling, and support that have been staples of CCS. Moreover, featuring a marketing and sales background, Dan is highly capable of understanding our customers’ challenges and determining the right solutions.

Director of Office Administration & 78-FIXIT Dispatch Manager

Cindy joined CCS in 2014 to support the growth of our maintenance division, 78-FIXIT. Cindy enables a seamless 78-FIXIT customer experience, from walkthrough coordination through job completion notifications. She also ensures all office staff are equipped with the resources we need to execute our duties efficiently.

Dispatch Manager

Ned is the “voice of CCS”. He works with all our customer contacts, scheduling services and dispatching our crews to best suit the needs of their properties. Services have been the cornerstone of Ned’s entire career. After spending 17 years managing his family restaurant, Ned spent 20 years in Ground Transportation Operations Management as Director of Training.

Truck Manager

Kelvin supports all of our mobile units. From training and development to management and inspections, Kelvin ensures our crews have all the support and equipment they need to deliver on our promise of exceptional service.

Site Manager

Juan Carlos joined CCS as a supervisor in 2015. He works diligently in the field, assisting cleaners, enhancing service quality, and acting as an extra set of eyes and ears for Property Managers.

Assistant Site Manager

Maynor joined the team in 2017 as a supervisor. We are thrilled that he is part of our management team, ensuring our crews are safe and timely with their services. He is responsible for assisting inspecting buildings and checking on crews.

Accounts Receivable

Isabela’s capabilities extend beyond Accounts Receivable. She also provides support for changes of billing and service events for customers, to ensure the payment process is as painless as possible.

Business Development Representative

JC is a graduate of UMass Amherst with a background in Marketing and Sociology. As Business Development Representative, JC is responsible for nurturing new customers, relaying suggested services based on building profiles, and scheduling 78-FIXIT services; he unites all new properties and/or services for customers with CCS, ensuring a painless process.
